Yoga: hand stand/ arm strength workshop

Hand stand:

  1. Crow pose

  2. Hand stand

    1. Forearm - easier

    2. Arch back - bent easier

Warm up

  • Wrist

  • Stretch, cat cow

Strength

  • Clamp block or hand

  • Jump through bend, look far - 5 mins, block or no 

  • Jump back - lift and walk back

  • Plank against wall - glute higher than feet

  • 90 degree against wall - neck relax, lift leg 

Hand stands

  • Back against wall

  • No wall


Injury - fall to side and tuck head in
